Cancellation Policy

NH Bankers Association hosts a variety of educational and leadership events throughout the year and understands that there may be times where members cannot attend an event after registering. The following provides important information concerning requests for substitution of another person or a refund of fees:


The NH Bankers Association strongly encourages our members to send a substitution in the place of an attendee to avoid incurring any cancellation fees. There is no charge to substitute an attendee and NH Bankers accepts substitutions up until the day of the event. Simply contact us at (603) 224-5373 with the substitution information.


Registrations may be cancelled 7 days prior to the program by notifying NH Bankers office at (603) 224-5373. Refunds are subject to a $50 per person fee. Any cancellations received following the 7 days are not refundable but are transferable to another individual from your bank for the same conference. All registrations received by fax, email, online or other are subject to this policy.

Additional Information

Due to the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, a portion of meals/entertainment is not deductible as a cost of doing business and will be identified on each individual program.
