General Event Information

NH Bankers Association hosts a variety of educational and leadership events throughout the year and understands that there may be times where members cannot attend an event after registering. The following provides important information concerning requests for substitution of another person or a refund of fees:

Substitutions

The NH Bankers Association strongly encourages our members to send a substitution in the place of an attendee to avoid incurring any cancellation fees. There is no charge to substitute an attendee and NH Bankers accepts substitutions up until the day of the event. Contact us at (603) 224-5373 with the substitution information.

Refunds

Registrations may be cancelled 7 days prior to the program by notifying NH Bankers office at (603) 224-5373. Refunds are subject to a $50 per person fee. Any cancellations received following the 7 days are not refundable but are transferable to another individual from your bank for the same conference. All registrations received by email, online or other are subject to this policy.

Special Needs

If you have a special need that may affect your participation in this program, or special dietary requests, please contact us at (603) 224-5373 detailing your needs at least 10 days before the program.

Photography/Audio/Video Policy

During NH Bankers events, the Association and its staff regularly take photographs to highlight the speakers or participants, and opportunities available to its member companies, and the industry at large. By attending a NH Bankers event, attendees give NH Bankers permission to use any attendee’s voice and image in any such archival or promotional recording, photograph or streaming activity.

Anti-Trust Policy

It is the policy and practice of the New Hampshire Bankers Association to conduct all of its meetings and activities in strict compliance with Federal and State antitrust laws, rules and regulations, including avoiding any activity or conduct that may give the appearance of anticompetitive conduct or purposes.

Antitrust laws prohibit fixing prices, allocating geographic markets, unfair or deceptive practices, setting profit levels, and some forms of boycotts, among other conduct. Violations of these laws, whether willful or inadvertent, can result in severe criminal and civil penalties against both active and passive participants in such conduct, including both companies and their respective individual officers, directors, and employees. Passive participation or knowledge of anticompetitive conduct can be sufficient to constitute a violation of such laws.

All members attending any New Hampshire Bankers event must adhere to this strict policy. A complete copy of the policy is provided here.

Additional Information

Due to the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, a portion of meals/entertainment is not deductible as a cost of doing business and will be identified on each individual program.
