Fall Washington DC Virtual Visit 2021

Fall Washington DC Virtual Visit 2021
Join your peers and industry leaders from across the country for a virtual meeting with banking regulators and ABA policy experts. ABA is hosting this year’s Washington Fly-in, in partnership with state bankers associations, to ensure policies critical to the banking industry remain front and center to agency officials and to provide a forum for your questions.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to speak directly to regulators about the need for common-sense policies and smart reform that will help America’s banks better serve their communities and grow the economy.
Meetings will begin on Thursday, September 23 for an orientation - Join ABA leadership and policy experts for a behind-the-scenes look at how they set their strategic priorities and approach to advocacy with Congress and federal regulators.

They continue Monday, September 27 through Wednesday, September 29 to include briefings about key issues facing our industry. We kick things off with an ABA briefing and meetings have been confirmed with the FDIC, OCC, FinCEN and the Federal Reserve Board. Meetings include:
  • Michael J. Hsu, Acting Head, Comptroller of the Currency
  • Jelena McWilliams, Chairman, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
  • Michelle W. Bowman, Governor, Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System
While registration closes on Friday, September 24, to attend the Federal Reserve meeting, you must be registered by Tuesday, September 21. Register today through the ABA.
